What is Rare?
Rare is the strongest recorded mutation name. On an Exotic Goku it was listed at 80x and measured nearer 40x during active mining. Do not collapse those two readings into a new number.

How do you get Rare?
Mutation reroll on a character. The 80x and 40x notes are from the same exotic showcase, not a posted rate.
How do you use Rare?
This is the result to keep if it lands on a long-term miner. Save Mutation Luck potions for that kind of reroll rather than for a starter you will bench.
